Program Description
The Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Plumbing programs prepare students to install, repair and maintain refrigeration, heating and air conditioning equipment. Students learn about the components and construction of HVACR systems, temperature control and electronics, and how to read blueprints. This program incorporates a hands-on practical approach through work in the lab on HVAC equipment.

HVAC/R Program Description
Because the HVAC training program mixes classroom and lab instruction, you’ll get the best experience. And you’ll build the skills you need to succeed in the HVAC/R industry. During the course, you’ll learn how to install, maintain, and service different HVAC/R systems. And you’ll earn several national certifications. Finally, as a graduate, you’ll be awarded a Career Diploma.

Program Description
Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heating Technology provides students with opportunities to become proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating equipment. Special emphasis is placed on troubleshooting and problem solving. Graduates of this program find employment in a variety of commercial and industrial settings, with refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating contractors, and in sales positions. These licenses or certifications are available to graduates of the program: Limited Electrician in Refrigeration License, EPA Refrigeration Certification, Oil Burner Journeyman License, Propane/Natural Gas License.
